Workshops are held in-house or at a location of your choice. They are adapted to suit the profile and requirements of the group. Introductory workshops teach basic skills in massage including self treatment which can involve the use of things one might find around the house for example tennis balls, rollers, towels. They're not just about enabling participatants to address minor aches and pains but are also geared  towards lowering stress and anxiety levels associated with mental or physical ilness.  More information is available on request.
