NMT is innovative in that it combines the best selection of soft tissue treatment from deep tissue massage to manipulation techniques developed by the last century pioneers in osteopathy, chiropractic, naturopathy, and trigger point therapy.


Your first visit to the clinic will start off with  full history taking, postural analysis and depending on the condition - muscle testing and various tests to determine the root cause of the pain.

After treatment clients are usually given homework in the form of specific exercise and stretching.
